ABOUT / NANO GENETICS SWEDEN AB
Nano Genetics Sweden AB is a Swedish company exploring how biological sensing, digital models and human-centred robotics could work together.
Our work is at the concept and development-planning stage. We describe the questions we want to test, the independent research behind them and the steps towards a limited first prototype.
Five questions about Nano GeneticsOUR DIRECTION
We are shaping a development direction around three connected questions. What can be measured? How should a model interpret it? How does the result help a person make a choice?
Explore external sensors, movement signals and soft materials as starting points for understanding contact between a person and a digital system.
Explore Human InterfaceConnect measurements to a limited, explainable model. Our browser demonstrations help visitors explore assumptions, signal quality and the meaning of a result.
Explore the Research AtlasStudy how sensing, local computation and explicit human choices could support cooperation with a robot. The person should understand and be able to interrupt a proposed action.
Explore Human + RobotFROM A QUESTION TO A TEST
Our proposed first step is a limited, non-clinical sensor prototype. Its purpose would be to document a signal from measurement to visualisation and identify what should be tested next.
Explore a configuration in System StudioChoose one signal, a controlled setting and a reference measurement. Document the assumptions before collecting data.
Examine noise, drift, repeatability and missing data. Record the conditions in which the measurement becomes unreliable.
Describe the method and result, then decide whether to improve the concept, change direction or stop.
QUESTIONS & ANSWERS
Nano Genetics Sweden AB explores the connection between biological sensing, digital models and human-centred robotics. We develop concepts and communicate the research questions, assumptions and proposed tests behind them.
The work is at the concept and development-planning stage. The website presents proposed directions and browser demonstrations. These demonstrations illustrate ideas and assumptions; they are not clinical tests or validated company products.
A limited, non-clinical sensor prototype with a documented path from measurement to storage and visualisation. The initial aim would be to measure signal quality and repeatability under controlled conditions before expanding the system.
Sensing is the bridge: a sensor records a physical signal, a digital model interprets it, and an interface presents a possible response. Our robotics direction explores how that chain could support cooperation while keeping the person’s choices explicit.
